AI Teacher Portal tôn trọng quyền kiểm soát dữ liệu của bạn. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân bất kỳ lúc nào.
1. Cách yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu
1 Gửi email yêu cầu xóa
Gửi email đến contact@aistudybuddy.vn với tiêu đề: "Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản"
Nội dung cần bao gồm: email đăng ký tài khoản và lý do (tùy chọn).
2 Xác nhận danh tính
Chúng tôi sẽ gửi email xác nhận đến địa chỉ email đăng ký của bạn. Bạn cần xác nhận để tiếp tục.
3 Xử lý xóa dữ liệu
Trong vòng 14 ngày làm việc, chúng tôi sẽ xóa hoàn toàn tài khoản và dữ liệu của bạn.
2. Dữ liệu sẽ được xóa
- Thông tin tài khoản (tên, email, số điện thoại, mật khẩu đã băm).
- Thông tin hồ sơ (ảnh đại diện, trường, môn dạy).
- Nội dung do bạn tạo (giáo án, bài tập, slide, hình ảnh, nghiên cứu).
- Lịch sử thanh toán và giao dịch kim cương.
- Dữ liệu sử dụng và phân tích liên quan đến tài khoản.
3. Thu hồi quyền truy cập Google
Nếu bạn đã kết nối Google (đăng nhập hoặc Google Drive), hãy thu hồi quyền tại:

4. Dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại

1. How to Request Data Deletion
1 Send a deletion request email

Include: your registered email address and reason (optional).
2 Identity verification
We will send a confirmation email to your registered address. You need to confirm to proceed.
3 Data deletion processing
Within 14 business days, we will completely delete your account and data.

- Account information (name, email, phone number, hashed password).
- Profile information (avatar, school, teaching subject).
- Content you created (lesson plans, exercises, slides, images, research).
- Payment history and diamond transactions.
- Usage data and analytics associated with your account.
