Bằng việc sử dụng AI Teacher Portal (thuộc AI Study Buddy, website: aistudybuddy.vn), bạn đồng ý tuân thủ các điều khoản dưới đây. Vui lòng đọc kỹ trước khi sử dụng dịch vụ.

1. Giới thiệu dịch vụ

AI Teacher Portal là nền tảng sử dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) để hỗ trợ giáo viên:

• Soạn giáo án theo chuẩn GDPT 2018.
• Tạo slide bài giảng, bài tập, đề kiểm tra.
• Sinh hình ảnh minh họa cho bài giảng.
• Nghiên cứu và tổng hợp tài liệu giáo dục.
• Lưu file vào Google Drive cá nhân.

2. Tài khoản người dùng

• Bạn phải cung cấp thông tin chính xác khi đăng ký.
• Bạn chịu trách nhiệm bảo mật tài khoản và mật khẩu.
• Mỗi tài khoản chỉ dành cho một cá nhân sử dụng.
• Chúng tôi có quyền tạm khóa hoặc xóa tài khoản vi phạm.

3. Sử dụng dịch vụ

3.1. Được phép

• Sử dụng nội dung AI tạo ra cho mục đích giảng dạy, giáo dục.
• Chỉnh sửa, tùy biến nội dung phù hợp với nhu cầu.
• Lưu và chia sẻ nội dung bạn tạo ra.

3.2. Không được phép

• Sử dụng dịch vụ cho mục đích bất hợp pháp.
• Cố ý tạo nội dung vi phạm pháp luật, đồi trụy, kích động bạo lực.
• Can thiệp, phá hoại hệ thống hoặc cơ sở dữ liệu.
• Chia sẻ tài khoản hoặc bán lại dịch vụ cho bên thứ ba.
• Sử dụng bot, script tự động để khai thác dịch vụ.

4. Nội dung AI tạo ra

• Nội dung do AI tạo ra là công cụ hỗ trợ, KHÔNG thay thế phán đoán chuyên môn của giáo viên.
• Bạn có trách nhiệm kiểm tra và chỉnh sửa nội dung trước khi sử dụng.
• Bạn sở hữu quyền sử dụng nội dung bạn tạo ra trên nền tảng.
• Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về tính chính xác tuyệt đối của nội dung AI.

5. Thanh toán và gói dịch vụ

• Gói miễn phí: Có giới hạn số lần sử dụng tính năng AI.
• Gói Pro: Mở rộng giới hạn sử dụng, trả phí theo tháng.
• Thanh toán qua kim cương (diamond) — đơn vị nội bộ quy đổi từ VNĐ.
• Tiền đã nạp không được hoàn trả, trừ trường hợp lỗi hệ thống.

6. Google Drive

• Khi sử dụng tính năng lưu file vào Google Drive, bạn cấp quyền cho ứng dụng tải file lên Drive của bạn.
• Chúng tôi chỉ tải lên file bạn yêu cầu (giáo án, slide, bài tập).
• Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền bất kỳ lúc nào tại Google Account Permissions.

7. Quyền sở hữu trí tuệ

• Nền tảng AI Teacher Portal, giao diện, mã nguồn, logo thuộc sở hữu của AI Study Buddy.
• Nội dung bạn tạo ra thuộc quyền sử dụng của bạn.
• Bạn cấp cho chúng tôi quyền lưu trữ và xử lý nội dung để cung cấp dịch vụ.

8. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

• Dịch vụ được cung cấp trên cơ sở "nguyên trạng" (as-is).
• Chúng tôi không đảm bảo dịch vụ hoạt động liên tục 100% không gián đoạn.
• Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp phát sinh từ việc sử dụng dịch vụ.

9. Chấm dứt

• Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng dịch vụ bất kỳ lúc nào.
• Chúng tôi có quyền chấm dứt tài khoản vi phạm điều khoản.
• Sau khi chấm dứt, dữ liệu của bạn sẽ được xóa theo chính sách bảo mật.

10. Thay đổi điều khoản

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật điều khoản này. Các thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trước 14 ngày qua email hoặc trên website.

11. Luật áp dụng

Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật Việt Nam. Mọi tranh chấp sẽ được giải quyết tại tòa án có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam.

By using AI Teacher Portal (part of AI Study Buddy, website: aistudybuddy.vn), you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read carefully before using the service.

1. Service Description

AI Teacher Portal is an AI-powered platform that helps teachers:

• Create lesson plans following Vietnam's GDPT 2018 curriculum standards.
• Generate presentation slides, exercises, and exams.
• Create illustrative images for lessons.
• Research and compile educational materials.
• Save files to personal Google Drive.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Each account is for individual use only.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1. Permitted

• Use AI-generated content for teaching and educational purposes.
• Edit and customize content to suit your needs.
• Save and share content you create.

3.2. Prohibited

• Use the service for illegal purposes.
• Intentionally create content that violates laws, is obscene, or incites violence.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the system or database.
• Share accounts or resell the service to third parties.
• Use bots, automated scripts, or other tools to exploit the service.

4. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated content is a support tool and does NOT replace the professional judgment of teachers.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before use.
• You own the usage rights to content you create on the platform.
• We are not responsible for the absolute accuracy of AI-generated content.

5. Payment and Plans

• Free plan: Limited number of AI feature uses.
• Pro plan: Extended usage limits, paid monthly.
• Payment via diamonds (internal unit converted from VND).
• Funds already deposited are non-refundable, except in cases of system errors.

6. Google Drive Integration

• When using the Google Drive save feature, you grant the app permission to upload files to your Drive.
• We only upload files you explicitly request (lesson plans, slides, exercises).
• You can revoke access at any time at Google Account Permissions.

7. Intellectual Property

• The AI Teacher Portal platform, interface, source code, and logo are owned by AI Study Buddy.
• Content you create is yours to use.
• You grant us the right to store and process your content to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided on an "as-is" basis.
• We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service availability.
• We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• After termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email or on the website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam.
