Chào mừng bạn đến với AI Teacher Portal (thuộc AI Study Buddy, website: aistudybuddy.vn). Chúng tôi cam kết bảo vệ quyền riêng tư và dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Chính sách này giải thích cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ thông tin khi bạn sử dụng dịch vụ.
1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
1.1. Thông tin bạn cung cấp trực tiếp
- Thông tin tài khoản: Họ tên, email, số điện thoại (tùy chọn), mật khẩu, giới tính, độ tuổi.
- Thông tin hồ sơ: Ảnh đại diện, trường/đơn vị công tác, môn dạy.
- Nội dung do bạn tạo: Giáo án, bài tập, slide, hình ảnh, bài nghiên cứu được tạo bằng AI.
- Thông tin thanh toán: Lịch sử nạp tiền, gói đăng ký (chúng tôi KHÔNG lưu thông tin thẻ tín dụng).
1.2. Thông tin thu thập tự động
- Địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt, thiết bị.
- Dữ liệu sử dụng: trang đã truy cập, tính năng đã dùng, thời gian sử dụng.
- Cookie và công nghệ theo dõi tương tự.
1.3. Thông tin từ bên thứ ba
- Google Sign-In: Khi bạn đăng nhập bằng Google, chúng tôi nhận được tên, email và ảnh đại diện từ tài khoản Google của bạn.
- Google Drive: Khi bạn chọn lưu file vào Google Drive, chúng tôi yêu cầu quyền
drive.file (chỉ quản lý file do ứng dụng tạo). Chúng tôi KHÔNG truy cập các file khác trên Drive của bạn.
2. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin
- Cung cấp, duy trì và cải thiện dịch vụ AI Teacher Portal.
- Xác thực tài khoản và bảo mật đăng nhập.
- Tạo nội dung giáo dục (giáo án, slide, bài tập) theo yêu cầu của bạn.
- Lưu file vào Google Drive khi bạn yêu cầu.
- Xử lý thanh toán và quản lý gói đăng ký.
- Gửi thông báo về dịch vụ, cập nhật tính năng.
- Phân tích xu hướng sử dụng để cải thiện trải nghiệm.
- Ngăn chặn gian lận và bảo vệ an toàn hệ thống.
3. Chia sẻ và tiết lộ thông tin
Chúng tôi KHÔNG bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ thông tin trong các trường hợp sau:
- Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ: Google (xác thực, Drive), Cloudflare (bảo mật), nhà cung cấp hosting — chỉ ở mức cần thiết để vận hành dịch vụ.
- Yêu cầu pháp lý: Khi được yêu cầu bởi cơ quan pháp luật có thẩm quyền.
- Bảo vệ quyền lợi: Khi cần thiết để bảo vệ quyền, tài sản hoặc an toàn của chúng tôi và người dùng.
4. Google API — Tuân thủ chính sách dữ liệu người dùng
Việc sử dụng thông tin nhận được từ Google APIs tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Limited Use (Sử dụng Hạn chế).
- Chúng tôi chỉ sử dụng dữ liệu Google để cung cấp tính năng mà bạn yêu cầu (đăng nhập, lưu file vào Drive).
- Chúng tôi KHÔNG chuyển dữ liệu Google cho bên thứ ba (trừ khi cần thiết cho tính năng, có sự đồng ý của bạn, hoặc theo yêu cầu pháp lý).
- Chúng tôi KHÔNG sử dụng dữ liệu Google cho quảng cáo.
- Con người chỉ đọc dữ liệu Google khi có sự đồng ý của bạn, cần thiết cho bảo mật, hoặc theo yêu cầu pháp lý.
5. Lưu trữ và bảo mật dữ liệu
- Dữ liệu được lưu trữ trên máy chủ bảo mật với mã hóa truyền tải (HTTPS/TLS).
- Mật khẩu được băm (hash) — chúng tôi không lưu mật khẩu dạng rõ.
- Token xác thực có thời hạn và được quản lý an toàn.
- Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức phù hợp để bảo vệ dữ liệu.
6. Quyền của bạn
Bạn có quyền:
- Truy cập: Xem thông tin cá nhân chúng tôi lưu trữ về bạn.
- Chỉnh sửa: Cập nhật thông tin hồ sơ bất kỳ lúc nào.

7. Cookie
Chúng tôi sử dụng:
- Cookie thiết yếu: Để duy trì đăng nhập và vận hành dịch vụ.
- Cookie phân tích: Google Analytics để hiểu cách sử dụng dịch vụ (có thể tắt).
8. Trẻ em
AI Teacher Portal được thiết kế cho giáo viên (người trưởng thành). Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu từ trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu phát hiện, chúng tôi sẽ xóa ngay.

1. Information We Collect
1.1. Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: Full name, email, phone number (optional), password, gender, age.
- Profile information: Avatar, school/workplace, teaching subject.
- Content you create: Lesson plans, exercises, slides, images, and research generated using AI.
- Payment information: Top-up history, subscription plan (we do NOT store credit card details).
1.2. Information Collected Automatically
- IP address, browser type, device information.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies.
1.3. Information from Third Parties
- Google Sign-In: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from your Google account.
- Google Drive: When you choose to save files to Google Drive, we request the
drive.file scope (only manages files created by our app). We do NOT access any other files on your Drive.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve AI Teacher Portal services.
- Authenticate accounts and ensure login security.
- Generate educational content (lesson plans, slides, exercises) as requested.
- Save files to your Google Drive when you request it.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Send service notifications and feature updates.
- Analyze usage trends to improve the user experience.
- Prevent fraud and protect system security.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT sell your personal data. We only share information in the following cases:
- Service providers: Google (authentication, Drive), Cloudflare (security), hosting providers — only to the extent necessary to operate the service.
- Legal requirements: When required by competent legal authorities.
- Protecting rights: When necessary to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users.
4. Google API — User Data Policy Compliance
Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We only use Google data to provide features you request (sign-in, saving files to Drive).
- We do NOT transfer Google data to third parties (unless necessary for the feature, with your consent, or as required by law).
- We do NOT use Google data for advertising.
- Humans only read Google data with your consent, when necessary for security, or as required by law.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored on secure servers with transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
- Passwords are hashed — we never store plaintext passwords.
- Authentication tokens are time-limited and securely managed.
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: View the personal information we store about you.
- Correct: Update your profile information at any time.
- Delete: Request deletion of your account and associated data. See data deletion instructions.
- Revoke access: Revoke Google Drive access at Google Account Permissions.

AI Teacher Portal is designed for teachers (adults). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If discovered, we will delete it immediately.
